The Halap Genuss Story
Founded by Diaa Jadid in 2024, Halap Genuss brings the authentic flavors of Syria to Fulda. The name "Halap" is the Arabic word for Aleppo, Diaa's hometown and a city renowned for its culinary traditions.
After coming to Germany in 2015 and establishing himself as the managing director of Mega Sicherheit security firm, Diaa pursued his passion for sharing Syrian culinary heritage with the Fulda community.
